周末要来了,来一道香喷喷的烤猪肋骨吧!

食材:
猪肋骨(2KG,可供3人份)
洋葱(1汤匙)
蒜米(1汤匙)
红辣椒粉(1汤匙)
盐(1茶匙)
黑胡椒粉(1汤匙)
橄榄油(少量)
小茴香粉(1茶匙)
烧烤酱(酌量)

步骤:
1. 将洋葱、蒜米捣碎
2. 在猪肋骨上撒上红辣椒粉、盐、黑胡椒粉、洋葱、蒜米、橄榄油、小茴香粉、烧烤酱再涂抹均匀
3. 将烤炉预热180度,再烤上两小时,完美上桌!
